Usui Reiki is the original Reiki technique. Reiki is channeled universal energy through the practitioner’s hands to the client to bring balance back to the body.
To become a Reiki practitioner you will need to complete three levels of attunements and trainings. The first level is where you will be taught contact healing by laying hands on a person or object. You will learn the history of Usui , fundamentals of reiki , how to channel life force energy , and how to heal anything you can touch . Also , you’ll be getting an attunement, which will open you up to receiving and channeling the life force energy. You will get the level 1 reiki symbols engraved in your chakras allowing the process to happen.
After your attunement and training you will be able to heal anything you can physically touch. You will also receive a certificate making you a certified reiki practitioner. The attunement and training together are done together, making the class about an hour long.
