Hearth Witch Characteristics

A Hearth Witch is able to center their energy through the making of magical meals and creating sacred space at home. They’re often drawn to plants and enjoy the process of creating a dish from scratch. They tend to be natural healers, green thumbs, herbalists, animal lovers, introverts who love a cozy atmosphere and spending most of their time at home. You do not have to be a full-time housewife to be a Hearth Witch. Their focus is on their home, making it a cozy and function environment for her/him self and their family.

Hearth Magic

As mentioned above, a Hearth Witch brings magic into everyday life and everyday chores. They infuse the power and magic of the world into domestic tasks. Some of these tasks include cooking, cleaning, gardening, parenting, DIY projects, etc. It can be as simple as purifying wash water with sage oil and a handful of salt to cleanse your home, enchanting herbs in your cooking recipes, using herbal healing remedies, gardening by the moonlight, adding crystals in specific areas of your home and garden, adding rosemary to pillows to bring happy dreams. This type of magic brings kitchen witchery and green witchery together as one practice.
